Note:

• *Total price (Inclusive of car parking, reimbursements towards cost for providing electricity, water, sanitary connections etc., two months maintenance charges from the date of Booking calculated at Rs.2.50/Sq.ft of saleable area per month+service tax and Corpus Fund @ Rs.50/-sft but excluding Stamp Duty, Regn fee, Legal & Miscl Exps).
• Maintenance Charges after two months from the date of Booking shall be payable by the purchaser/s to "The Gardens Apartment Owners Association" directly. However, the advance Maintenance Charges if any paid by the Builder to the Association shall be reimbursed by the Purchaser/s.
• All other taxes which may be imposed or levied on a later date before or at the time of registration of sale deed should be borne by the purchaser.
