Chartered Housing's new project in Bangalore

June 19
, 2015, Bangalore

Chartered Housing, a Bangalore based property developer, has launched Chartered Humming Bird, a residential apartment project just off Kanakapura Road, which is about 6 km from JP Nagar and around the same distance to Jayanagar. The project, coming up over 1.5 acres of land, will offer a total of 128 residential units, comprising a mix of two BHK and three BHK apartments.

The apartments come in sizes ranging between 980 and 1,470 sq ft and are laid out to make the best use of available space. Each apartment has been designed to offer subtle balance between ancient wisdom (vaastu) and modern convenience across living and dining areas, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. The flats are priced in the Rs 55 lakh - Rs 75 lakh price range. While laying out the floor plans for Chartered Humming Bird, the company kept three essential things in mind - to offer a home that is spacious, airy and one that is designed to maximise efficiency. With a range of amenities to choose from, Humming Bird has a relaxed and peaceful living atmosphere with facilities that include a swimming pool, gym and a walking track. The project has been designed for those looking for comfort in modern living spaces, the company said.

"Chartered Humming Bird is designed keeping in mind the consumer and therefore the usable area in this project is high. The apartments are compact and efficient with ample space for great living. The project offers a range of amenities that make for a good community living," says Bimal Hegde, CEO, Chartered Housing and president, Credai Youth Wing (Karnataka Chapter).
